The dress code is established by the School Board of Jurien Bay DHS School to promote a positive, safe and healthy learning environment for the students.
The School Board believes a school dress code:
- Fosters and enhances the public image of the school.
- Ensures students are safely and appropriately dressed for specific school activities.
- Encourages equality among students.
- Assists in building school and team spirit.
- Assists in identifying our students for requirements of duty of care, especially for out of school activities.
A ‘fit for sizing’ range is available in the front office.
Uniforms can be purchased from Lowe’s Joondalup, 9301 4016, or online at lowes.com.au
The objectives of the Jurien Bay District High School P & C Association are:
- Foster community interest in education.
- Promote closer liaison between school and the community.
- Assist in the provision of school amenities.
The Jurien Bay DHS P & C Association is a vital group of dedicated parents who achieve much throughout the course of the year. The satisfaction to be gained in supporting the school repays many times over the costs of time and effort.
Meetings are held each term in the school library. Meeting dates are advertised in the school newsletter. New parents are always welcome to establish new friendships and share experiences or new ideas.
