To apply to enrol a new student, please click on the links below, fill out all forms and return to the front office with your child’s Birth Certificate & ACIR Immunisation History Statement.
Visa information will also be required if relevant. Alternatively, the documents can be emailed to Jurien.DHS@education.wa.edu.au.
